The Story So Far

After moving to Wisconsin from Chicago, we began our journey by opening our first sandwich shop in Rochester in 2022.

Thanks to the incredible support from our community, we quickly outgrew our shop in Rochester after 3 years.

In 2025, we opened our new location in Waterford! Paul and Dana are pictured here with the sign from the original Rochester shop.
